Registration and Payment

To register for online or face-to-face courses or language stays, you must complete the online registration form and follow the payment instructions. Payment is due one week before the course or program begins. We accept payment by bank transfer, credit card, or postal transfer (for face-to-face lessons in Switzerland, Lebanon, and Egypt).

Course Duration and Content

• All courses (online and face-to-face) are 60 minutes per session.
• The number of sessions will be tailored to your individual needs.
• Face-to-face classes are available in Beirut, Lebanon, in addition to Bern, Switzerland, and Cairo, Egypt.
• Course materials are protected by our intellectual property rights.

Payment, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

• A full refund may be requested within three days of payment for online courses and face-to-face lessons.
• For cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice, lesson make-up is not guaranteed.
• Language Stays:
  • 100% refund until one month before the trip begins.
  • 70% refund until two weeks before the trip begins.
  • No refunds within two weeks of the trip.
• In case of cancellation by Yalla Araby, a full refund will be issued.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Terminate your agreement and account with us at any time.
• Access and update your personal information collected through the registration form. We take your privacy seriously and employ specialized teams to ensure your data security.
